Our welcoming accommodation comprises of seven comfortable en-suite boutique style bedrooms and two beautiful open plan luxury studios. Here you will be able to relax and unwind in the peace of this tranquil location.

Our rooms are clean and crisp in design, but maintain a traditional country feel - comfortable, warm, and inviting, and all in keeping with the unique historic setting. Breakfast options include our traditional Lancashire breakfast made with locally sourced fresh produce, or you may prefer to choose a light option, breakfast is always included in our price. Dietary requirements can be catered for.

We offer a pre ordered food platter with wine or beer delivered to your room for guests that do not wish to go out for the evening.

Our proximity to Lytham, St Anne’s, Lancaster, Clitheroe, Blackpool, and Preston makes us an ideal base for any visitors to these towns looking for a more peaceful place to stay.

Local activities include fell walking, climbing, fishing, clay shooting, horse riding, rambling and just about every other country pursuit you could imagine. Local walks include the famous Nicky Nook trail which offers one of the best views in Lancashire as a reward for your efforts where you can see amazing panoramic views of Blackpool Tower, Morecambe Bay and The Lake District Fells. There are also plenty of cycle routes heading up through the Trough of Bowland which are extremely popular with cyclists from all over the world.
